We put a lot of care into every piece, and we hope you feel that when it arrives.
All items are final sale, but we’re always happy to offer exchanges if something isn’t quite right. This includes holiday sales, site-wide promotions, flash sales, and items purchased with discount codes.
If we make a mistake on our end, we’ll take full responsibility and make it right.
If your item arrives defective, it’s eligible for a return or exchange, no stress, no runaround.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Every piece is made with intention. Most orders are made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for us to create, process, and ship your order.
For our international family, shipping typically takes 5–15 business days after your order is sent out.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
